Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
While we would prefer to meet in person to deliver your ring, we understand that this may not always be possible. Within the United States, we offer complimentary 2-day shipping via Federal Express. Orders cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
International Shipping
For International shipping, different rates apply and will be applied at time of purchase. Clients are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs or taxes.
Shipping Insurance
All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each Andrew Hilyer goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact: design@andrewhilyer.com
Tracking Your Order

Returns & Refund Policy
As all rings are custom made for you, all sales are final. We build our rings for a lifetime and stand behind them. If your AH ring is compromised through normal wear, please contact design@andrehilyer.com to discuss.
