How long does it take to make a ring?

Once you’ve designed your ring with the help of our design consultants, it takes us approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture and deliver your ring. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee.

Where are your rings made?

All rings are manufactured at our state-of-the-art facility in Pforzheim, Germany. Nicknamed the "Goldstadt" (“Golden City”), Pforzheim has long been know for its jewelry and watch-making industry.

Are your rings sold in traditional jewelry stores?

Our rings are not sold in jewelry stores. Andrew Hilyer rings are the highest quality rings in the world, and we offer them directly to you minus the traditional retail markup.

What happens if I order the wrong size ring?

While we aim to measure your finger accurately during the design consultation, finger sizes can be influenced by weather, weight fluctuations, etc. We want you to be happy with how your ring fits. Andrew Hilyer offers one complementary ring sizing within the first year of purchase.

Do you offer engraving?

Yes! We offer a wide range of engraving options. We will walk you through this step as part of the overall design process.
